  • 如何选购一台合格的全自动热熔焊机?

1. 了解公司的实力,是否为自主研发生产,有无技术实力保障,为以后的设备维护,设备的检测、校准,系统的升级以及能否买到设备的配件提供保障,解决用户的后顾之忧。
 
2. 了解有无售后服务以及相关的服务措施,就近有无服务网点或无就近服务网点的快速解决方案,以及相关的应急措施。
 
3. 一台合格的设备基本的三要素“压力,时间,温度”是否精准,显示值与实际输出值要匹配,是否满足国标要求。(焊接总压力等于拖动压力加理论的焊接压力;卷边时间、吸热时间,切换时间,渐升时间、冷却时间要满足要求;加热板的表面温差小于等于正负3度)作为生产厂家都有相关的检测压力、温度的仪表,如若是到厂家去选购设备可以提出让设备生产商现场演示这三要素是如何检测、校准的方法。
 
4. 注意在抽取加热板后的渐升对接阶段油缸的动作是否是缓慢的,这也是保证一个合格焊口的重要阶段,如果过快就会对焊口造成撞击形成假焊。
 
5. 设备的油缸截面积标识是否在机身上标明,或在使用说明书中找到,这是计算焊接压力是否与国标相符的重要参数,也是检验一个合格的生产商是否真正了解焊接工艺的真伪。
 
6. 全自动焊机的可更换的卡瓦数多为3层,这也是国标要求,如果是多层卡瓦的组合就保证不了焊接的质量。卡瓦的层数越多造成的累积误差就越大,作用在焊口上的压力就损失越大。
 
7. 焊机是否具有温度补偿,在线实时监测输出压力,出现实际输出与参数不符的情况报警提示等功能。
 
8. 一个合格焊口的外观要具有沿管材整个外圆周平滑对称的焊环,焊环应具有一定的对称性和对正性。燃气管道按照以下几何尺寸控制成环的大小,可以保证焊口的质量。
 
环的宽度=(0.35-0.45)*壁厚
 
环的高度=(0.2-0.25)*壁厚
 
环缝的高度=(0.1-0.2)*壁厚
 
9.设备的价格方面,现在有3万到十几万不等,市场上有原装进口的,也有合资组装的产品,国产的全自动也有好几家已经做出来了。产品价格上看差异很大。在选择什么价位的焊机时应把设备本身输出精度放在首位,如果参数不准的话就失去了用全自动焊机的意义了。然后再比较用料及液压阀门、传感器、控制系统的区别。例如:一台压力传感器的价格就从几百到几千不等。用料及标准件的选材上就直接影响到系统的稳定性、输出的精度及使用寿命。
 
10.  全自动的产品,程序化的产品一般出现故障,现场使用者都不能维修。故不能为了省点钱,而购买了质量不好,系统不稳定的机器,否则日后你花在维修与误工的损失肯定比差价大。目前多数用户还在使用液压热熔焊机,焊接的质量就完全靠机器的质量与操作工人的技术了。
1. Whether the three basic elements "pressure, time and temperature" of a qualified equipment are accurate, whether the displayed value matches the actual output value, and whether they meet the requirements of the national standard. (the total welding pressure is equal to the drag pressure plus the theoretical welding pressure; the crimping time, heat absorption time, switching time, gradual rise time and cooling time shall meet the requirements; the surface temperature difference of the heating plate shall be less than or equal to plus or minus 3 degrees) as the manufacturer, there are relevant instruments to detect the pressure and temperature. If you go to the manufacturer to purchase the equipment, you can propose to let the equipment manufacturer demonstrate these three aspects on site The key element is how to detect and calibrate.
4. Pay attention to whether the action of oil cylinder is slow in the gradually rising butt joint stage after the heating plate is extracted, which is also an important stage to ensure a qualified weld joint. If it is too fast, it will cause impact on the weld joint and form false welding.
5. Whether the cross-sectional area mark of the oil cylinder of the equipment is marked on the machine body or found in the operation manual is an important parameter for calculating whether the welding pressure is consistent with the national standard, and also for checking whether a qualified manufacturer really understands the authenticity of the welding process.
6. The maximum number of replaceable slips of full-automatic welding machine is 3 layers, which is also the national standard requirement. If the combination of multi-layer slips is used, the welding quality cannot be guaranteed. The more layers of slips, the greater the accumulated error and the greater the pressure loss on the weld.
7. Whether the welding machine has the functions of temperature compensation, online real-time monitoring of output pressure, alarm prompt in case of actual output inconsistent with parameters, etc.
8. The appearance of a qualified welding joint shall be smooth and symmetrical along the whole outer circumference of the pipe, and the welding ring shall have certain symmetry and alignment. The gas pipeline shall be controlled to form a ring according to the following geometric dimensions to ensure the quality of the welding joint.
Ring width = (0.35-0.45) * wall thickness
Ring height = (0.2-0.25) * wall thickness
Height of girth joint = (0.1-0.2) × wall thickness
9. In terms of the price of the equipment, there are now 30000 to over 100000 yuan. There are imported products with original packaging, joint-venture assembled products in the market, and several domestic full-automatic products have been made. The price of products varies greatly. When choosing the welding machine of what price, the output accuracy of the equipment itself should be put in the first place. If the parameters are not correct, the significance of using the full-automatic welding machine will be lost. Then compare the difference between material and hydraulic valve, sensor and control system. For example, the price of a pressure sensor varies from hundreds to thousands. The selection of materials and standard parts directly affects the stability of the system, the accuracy of output and the service life.
10. Automatic products and programmed products generally fail, and field users cannot repair them. Therefore, you can't buy machines with poor quality and unstable system in order to save money. Otherwise, the cost of maintenance and missed work will be greater than the difference in price. At present, most users are still using hydraulic hot-melt welding machine, and the quality of welding depends entirely on the quality of the machine and the technology of the operator.
